Agreed...but the fact is that almost ALL third world gov't.s are corrupt and ineffective...all we need to accomplish in Iraq is to make sure that this particular corrupt and ineffectve gov't does not threaten our national security.....

On the heels of a federal court ruling last week upholding Georgia's photo ID against legal challenge comes an important new study from the Heritage Foundation, finding that photo ID laws have little or no effect on voter turnout-and that a study to the contrary widely relied upon by the left and prominently covered in the New York Times is flawed. 

Bold prediction: The Heritage study, like the Georgia court ruling, will not get front-page treatment in the MSM.
